Returns & Credits

Coastal Hamptons offers replacement for any item which arrives broken or damaged due to the shipping process. We require written notice within 5 business days of your item arriving, with photos of any damage to be emailed to sales@coastalhamptons.com.au.

Return shipping will be covered by Coastal Hamptons if deemed that damage has occurred.

Coastal Hamptons will offer a store credit for change of mind or incorrect choice on homewares only, this does not include furniture. Please note that shipping will not be covered by Coastal Hamptons in this case.

 

If you made the wrong choose with a rug purchase, Coastal Hamptons will exchange your rug within 5 business days of purchase. Excluding discontinued rugs. Rugs must be in original packaging, unworn and undamaged. There is a 25% restock fee for the rug to be restocked. This is on the customers purchase price.The customer is to pay for shipping back to our supplier not Coastal Hamptons for change of mind.

Afterpay & ZipPay Refunds If you choose to make payment with an interest free finance option please note we are not able to offer a refund, thank you.

Returns and credits are only accepted if authorized by Coastal Hamptons and you have received a return email that a claim will be accepted and only made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

Returns and credits will only be processed once goods and associated emails have been received.

 

Please be aware we make every effort to accurately describe our products. Colours may vary due to lighting and as to how they appear on your screen. If you are unsure or have further questions regarding an item please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to supply more information or images prior to purchase.
