Returns & Credits

Coastal Hamptons offers replacement for any item which arrives broken or damaged due to the shipping process. We require written notice within 5 business days of your item arriving, with photos of any damage to be emailed to sales@coastalhamptons.com.au.

Return shipping will be covered by Coastal Hamptons if deemed that damage has occurred.

Coastal Hamptons will offer a store credit for change of mind or incorrect choice on homewares only, this does not include furniture. Please note that shipping will not be covered By Coastal Hamptons in this case.

Returns and credits are only accepted if authorized by Coastal Hamptons and you have received a return email that a claim will be accepted and only made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

Returns and credits will only be process once goods and associated emails have been received.
